To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

慶祝生日揀左萬豪既fish bar，貪佢室外既環境夠浪漫。十分chill，食物不單好味，waitress 既貼心服務都非常加分。當日waitress jasmine 好貼心，知我地唔知揀咩食好，會同我地詳細介紹當日有咩推介，又會問我地有無食物敏感，食到十分滿意，無介紹錯！最中意食jasmine介紹咗Monkfish，out of menu 係今日特別嘅魚推介，真係超級超級好味。另外我帶左個男朋友喜歡既蛋糕，jasmine主動幫我地合照，當日餐廳都坐滿左，但都完全感受到食物既用心，jasmine既體貼，令我地慶生感覺好好，一定會再返黎用餐。
