To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前留意到呢間日式餐廳有蟹味噌拉麵,點知去到原來完咗promotion,心諗反正一場嚟到咪嗌個拉麵試吓囉,只可以講,冇下次👋🏻。⠀嗌咗“五行焦香味噌”同“黑”兩款拉麵。首先講“五行焦香味噌拉麵”,上網搵過資料係店家自製嘅黑味噌,本應係焦香味,但焦香同燶有分別架喎,我同同行者只係食到大量燶味😒,湯底太濃稠又重鹹、湯面上嘅油份令麵條一夾起全部掛晒啲黑味噌,燶味重就連食麵都食到一粒粒嘅味噌,真係攞我命😒,加咗半杯水落湯底依然係鹹😒,歡迎挑戰腎者之石☄️💥“黑”拉麵,豬骨湯底面頭有黑蒜油,都係油淋淋架啦,不過冇“五行焦香”咁鹹,相對嚟講叫正常啲但都係冇下次😌。⠀唔知咩原因十篇有九篇都係讚好食,但以身試過就知伏到應一應😖。
