To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

三餸車仔麵誠意推介呢間車仔麵，車仔麵嘅湯底非常濃郁，每一款餸亦都好入味，麵條彈牙，叫咗腩肉，豬腸，金菇，腩肉真係驚喜到我，厚切不特止，仲要超入味，入口軟滑，豬腸亦都好濃郁滷水味，再配埋麻辣醬汁嘅湯底，每一啖入口都好幸福嘅感覺烤雞扒蔥油撈麵呢度嘅店舖唔止車仔麵，好味，連呢個烤雞扒都非常好味，雞扒超級大塊，亦都敲到雞扒外皮趣博博，但係入邊嘅肉就非常Juice多汁同埋好滑，不過略嫌蔥油撈麵，味道比較淡咗一啲，但係整體上碗麵都好好味炸雙皮奶原來真係唔止食麵先好食，原來佢哋嘅小食都一樣咁好味，呢一款炸雙皮奶同平時普通嘅炸鮮奶唔同之處就係佢有兩層外皮，所以入口係非常脆卜卜之餘，裏面嘅鮮奶都好似留心咁流出來，份量亦都唔少，兩個人可以當甜品食剛剛好👍🏻呢間車仔麵店真係擺入心，無論係服務態度，環境，賣相，味道都係一間非常唔錯嘅店舖👍🏻
