To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

燒牛肉、燒豬肉、咖啡羊肉:幾好食,可多食;燒羊架:父母說好食,但易飽;
炸物(蝴蝶蝦、炸蠔、蝦球、薯角):炸粉較多,時而硬時而鬆脆,也推介一試;
北京填鴨/扁皮鴨、熟食牛頰肉:肉厚太韌,阿爸咬不到,不推薦。
小籠包和其他:正常發揮。
比目魚、辣酒煮螺:你胃的容量,是留給其他食物的。
一般不會在自助餐食的:沒食。
(7點半供應燒鵝肝,20幾人排隊,Skip咗無食)

甜品:款式不多,其實還有窩夫、迷你泡芙、Pancake、不過無試。
布甸:同桌的長者都說好食,說酸甜???我食完,似楊枝甘露,不適合年輕既我食。
黑森林蛋糕:長者說好食,不過加入了「霖酒」,個人覺得蛋糕好酸。
其他:正常發揮。
椰汁桂花糕:椰汁和桂花味道不夾,桂花味淡、咬感:硬。

雪糕:有兩款,另外一款香港製造(可可貝妮雪糕),食哪款,自行決定。

綜合上述,如果約$400呢個價錢食夜晚自助餐,如果唔係好高要求,係值既。
Other Info. : 1. 7點半有燒鵝肝; 2. 每人每次限拎2隻生蠔,但可以不停拎; 3. 地方不大,拎食物時排隊有點侷促 4. 可以食到9點半,但一到時間就會有職員提醒你盡快離席 5. 食物質素比第一次去較遜色 6. 整體10分滿分的話,給7—7.5分;5分滿分的話,給3分。
