To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

自從上次家人帶我去屯門三聖食海鮮，食過一間好好食之後，我就成日心思思想再去三聖。幸好家人的生日比較接近，上次慶祝完一位，好快又到第二位慶祝，所以我又有機會過嚟三聖喇🤣🤣開心😃今次我哋決定試吓三聖另外一間比較出名嘅南記，喺海鮮街買咗聖子、蟹、花竹蝦、同埋鮑魚過去加工😬加工完之後，豉椒聖子皇炒到好嫰身，個汁好惹味，屋企人都讚不絕口，勁快清晒碟🤣避風塘炒蟹又係一絕，酥脆酥脆，香口惹味，送洒一流😍陳皮蒸鮑魚，香氣撲鼻，蒸到啱啱好，一啲都唔會靭，滑滑的👍🏻 又是－間名副其實的名氣海鮮店呢👍🏻
