To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 看完大佬可以退貨嗎都差不多十時了,為了可以趕及餐廳關門前吃到晚飯,我們立即飛奔一列的餐廳,我聽到甘味的職員說十時就會截單,幸好我們9時50已入座,尚有一點時間下單。我們很快速點了照燒雞扒蕃茄湯手打烏冬,炸雞軟骨及吉列甘栗餅。先說照燒雞扒蕃茄湯手打烏冬,甘味的蕃茄湯底素來都以茄膏熬煮,所以味道蠻濃郁的,不過比起新鮮蕃茄煮成的湯底的話當然沒法比其鮮香味。照燒雞扒沒有醬汁,但勝在雞皮香脆,肉質軟嫩不油膩,少吃雞皮的我也多吃了數口。炸雞軟骨比一般的大顆,在金黃酥脆的外表下,軟骨帶有少許雞肉,跟蠻有彈性有咬口的雞軟骨相輔相成,吃起來非常可口,在等待烏冬的時候咀嚼一番還不錯的。吃完鹹食總想吃點甜甜的,脆脆吉列甘栗餅炸得不油膩,綿密香甜的紫薯蓉混合頗有咬口且甘甜的栗子,可謂一次過雙重品嚐兩種滋味好小食呢。

先說照燒雞扒蕃茄湯手打烏冬,甘味的蕃茄湯底素來都以茄膏熬煮,所以味道蠻濃郁的,不過比起新鮮蕃茄煮成的湯底的話當然沒法比其鮮香味。照燒雞扒沒有醬汁,但勝在雞皮香脆,肉質軟嫩不油膩,少吃雞皮的我也多吃了數口。
