有人話想去太安樓掃下街,我就話想去soho east,咁一人一餐,fine🙌🏻Soho East最後揀左呢間響正西灣河碼頭嘅居酒屋——埠。呢餐係真正貼住海岸線嘅餐廳,仲有露台位,可以見到渡輪靠岸上落客。比起同朋友談心,我更鍾意響度望住個海靜靜地食野。餐牌入面嘅價錢全部都唔算好貴, 每一樣嘢都想試下,串燒上枱嘅時候有熱石爐保溫, 唔會熱到食物乾曬但係又唔會凍左,食物質素得到保持。串燒首推係白鱔,味鮮肉夠實淨,再來係墨魚腸,食出墨魚肉好鮮味兼冇味精嘅味。另外再推就係牛舌,佢有一定厚度,咬落去好多汁好鮮味,牛肉味非常之濃烈。另外一個推薦嘅小食係芝士年糕, 呢個應該係我喺香港食過最有水準嘅芝士年糕,表面係香脆,個心充滿芝士而且好柔軟。另外一個值得推薦嘅配酒前菜就係酒盜芝士, 酒盜其實係用唔同魚嘅肝臟,醃漬完之後出嚟嘅一個醬,配埋佢嘅芝士味道有啲鹹,但係飲一啖啤酒就剛剛好。本身酒盜嘅意思就係食咗呢樣嘢會令你飲多咗好多酒,所以呢個小食絕對無改錯名。👍🏻
