To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 今日開心星期五,我約了母親來阿一海景飯店吃午飯,友人早前來過吃周末套餐,說好吃又物有所值,所以想來試試。飯店位處尖沙咀國際廣場29樓,所以窗外是一覽無遺的180度維港景色,而且今日天晴,景色更美,有這麼開揚的景觀伴著吃飯,更感心曠神怡和開胃。這兒亦吸引了不少遊客,我們鄰桌的便是來自日本。我們一共點了六款點心和兩客甜點。菠蘿叉燒餐包(3.5/5):味道不俗,菠蘿皮亦香脆可口,不過如果再多些菠蘿皮會更好。春卷(3/5):炸得脆口而油份不多,廚師對油溫掌握得好,但餡料略嫌較少。蝦餃(4/5):很大隻,母親讚蝦肉鮮甜彈牙,我喜歡有筍粒提味,不過餃皮厚又易爛,而且我較喜歡一口一隻的大小。帶子腸粉(4/5):腸粉不是又薄又透明的一種,但每條腸粉都包著兩塊份量相當的帶子,即使粉皮厚了些亦吃到帶子的鮮味,材料之足令我們喜出望外。雞札(4/5):大大件又熱騰騰的,腐皮裡面有冬菇、鮮淮山、魚肚和雞柳,每種食材除了本身的味道,亦混有其他食材的鮮味,我認為是今餐最美味的點心。鮑汁菜芯(3.5/5):普通菜遠,粉量不少,但鮑汁太稠,味道亦不突出。蛋白杏仁茶(4/5):幼滑又真材實料,非常喜歡它幾乎沒有甜味,但其

飯店的服務不俗,結賬時發現只收茶錢(每位$18),沒有收腰果、菜粒錢,有點意外,但令人高興。而且母親說所有點心甜點都好吃,多少錢也覺值了。
