To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 前菜: 有點意料不到下午茶時間也會有前菜的, 一個個涼拌雲耳似是小花般,而且微酸很開胃。鮑汁扣鵝掌 ($46): 雖然這一行沒有吃到招牌鮑魚, 但光是那分鮑汁已教人滿足, 不禁令人憶起在銅鑼灣富臨飯店鮑汁扣鵝掌的美味。叉燒菠蘿餐包($36): 相當喜歡這個包子, 菠蘿皮的部分夠香脆, 很熱的叉燒餡溢出, 實在很喜歡, 值得要吃。流沙包($36): 吃流沙包, 成敗大都是在於中間的流心程度。這次吃到的流沙包, 流心的程度恰到好處, 配柔軟的包子, 是值得推薦的。一哥鮑魚酥 ($68件): 相比龍景軒的, 這兒的小鮑魚沒有切成片片, 而且印象中鮑魚跟撻皮之間好像還有一層白汁肉粒, 令整體感覺較為濕潤。對比之下, 其實我還是稍為比較喜歡龍景軒的出品, 但不得不讚阿一鮑魚酥:的牛油撻皮確是牛油香滿溢。招牌砂鍋炒飯 ($240): 飯中材料相當豐富, 有雞蛋, 叉燒粒, 瑤柱絲, 蝦, 還有大量的蔥粒, 米飯粒粒分明, 而且熱騰騰的, 但蔥粒的分量確是驚人, 相當慷慨, 我說不上是蔥粒的超級愛好者, 假如蔥粒少一點的話, 是會更理想的, 要注意的是這確是很大的一鍋, 建議可4-5人分享。芝麻卷

芝麻卷 ($36): 誠然, 這是美中不足的, 但這一道是不常吃到的, 勇氣可加。芝麻卷的每層是為太厚身, 有點糊掉, 咬下去的時候牙齒有點太冰, 芝麻的香氣有點不足,可以更好。
