To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

年紀大,對於踩單車這些通常猛吸紫外線的活動都會可避則避,這天本來也推卻了活動,卻重新審視起來,因為天色是陰陰的,yeah!單車後的指定節目都是來到大尾督這一排幾間的泰國菜吃飯的,隨便的進了一間PATAYA,去到已是下午2時許,下午茶才剛開始,$3X一個餐好像很划算,可是運動過後,大家都有點餓了,大家都開始點著小菜來說。餐廳內外都極具泰國風情,即使冬天店員都穿著綠色花花短恤衫(內有長袖底衫),對於快要出發到泰國旅行的小妹來說,恰好預先徜徉於此百嘗不厭的風情之中 頭盤 泰式燒豬頸肉、炸蝦餅,炸蝦餅是普通了一點,就是無論哪一間餐廳也弄得好的;豬頸肉也不錯啊,醃得入味也燒得香口。冬蔭功湯好有蝦味啊~~~當然啦,幾隻手掌長過手掌的大蝦一起煮,冬蔭功主要調味香料是南薑、香茅、莞茜、蔥、檸檬葉、辣椒和魚露,這個湯應該相當重手,所以有點過鹹了…芭提雅酸芒骨香魚是推介啊~~~~怎麼說,小妹真的妹仔肚,這個魚的配菜幾乎被全小妹全滅了。事實上,炸魚本身炸衣做得乾身一D都唔油,夾住配菜非常好吃,配菜好吃因為有酸芒果、西柚、腰果、青瓜絲、蒜頭,其中就是酸芒果成了定勝原因,如果用的是甜芒果,差別會很大啊~~~椰
