To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日和家人一同到九龍灣的「和洋食屋」用餐,慶祝我們的家庭日。這家小店裝潢溫馨,讓人感覺像置身日本街頭,讓用餐氛圍更加有趣。我們期待了很久,終於點了店裡的招牌菜:明太子蟹肉虎蝦意粉和香煎三文魚茶漬。先來到的明太子蟹肉虎蝦意粉,一上桌就令人驚艷。那濃郁的明太子醬汁與新鮮的蟹肉和虎蝦完美融合,每一口都帶來濃郁的海鮮香氣。意粉煮得剛剛好,彈牙有嚼勁,讓人愛不釋口。我們迫不及待地分享著食物,每一口都是享受。接著上桌的香煎三文魚茶漬,散發著淡淡的茶香,加上三文魚的鮮美,很滿足的感覺。三文魚外皮煎得酥脆,內裡卻保持著嫩滑的質感,配合茶漬的獨特風味,是令人驚喜的美味組合。和家人一同品嚐這道美食,真是再適合不過。桌上不時響起笑聲和讚美的話語,我們彼此分享著各自的食用感受,讓這頓用餐更添溫馨感動。
