To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

本身就好想支持佢嘅，所以專登山長水遠帶住個行動不便嘅母親大人都去食返餐，點知真係支持唔落，實在係難食，而且貴得有啲誇張， 一個鱔糊客飯(碟鱔糊係好細碟嘅)，一碟雞絲粉皮(佢真係雞絲粉皮只有雞絲同粉皮加上醬汁冇任何配料)，沒有任何豪華嘅裝飾，非常之平民但係收費$250。老實講你想人支持你，收貴啲唔係問題，但係食物質素真係唔好咁差，而家咁嘅質素真係唔會再幫襯多一次囉。首先講下個雞絲粉皮先，我係一個唔識整煮食嘅人，但係我自己整一定會整得好過佢，簡單講句真係冇技巧可言。講下個鱔糊啦，個鱔咬落去係爽嘅，呢個係唯一嘅好處，但係嗰啲醬汁全部傑到一pat pat，用筷子可以將個劈汁一舊舊咁夾起，入口真係有啲難受。成日喺社交平台 嗰度埋怨點解冇客，首先請檢討下廚藝，然後先至好要求啲客人多啲嚟食囉，講到尾收費實在唔平，如果好食嘅就值得， 但係唔好食就唔會再有回頭客㗎啦！
