Restaurant: Veggie Kingdom

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 同事生日,經理好開心咁同我地介紹呢間食齋既餐廳,本身自己係食肉專家,同埋對齋既感覺仲係食得好清,冇啖好食既感覺,但係!!!去左呢間餐廳食野之後,真係刷新左我對齋呢個世界觀,真係冇諗到食齋都可以好食到咁。呢日係lunch time,我地一行8人都好快搵到位,要試d野食好唔好食,一定係試點心,叫左差唔多20份點心,老實講,樣樣都真係超曬班,甚至仲好食過肉食,就好似其中一個叉燒腸咁,舊齋叉燒整到外脆內軟,唔睇真d同食真d,真係食唔出係真叉燒定係齋叉燒。另外就係雞扎,佢舊肉係用左猴頭菇,猴頭菇吸曬d汁醬,又係同平時食開既食唔出分別,都佩服個廚師。每一樣既野食都係不停咁刷新緊我既世界觀😂😂😂
