Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

期待左ritz calton重開好耐, 點知…..裝潢擺設: 1個字亂,無古典美, 亦無時代感…食物 (tea set):頂層三款鹹點普通到無得再普通, 個三文魚醬軟包仲有腥味中層甜點1個字差, 未食過咁差ge macaron, 1拎起就上下分開左, 咬落1D都唔脆, 好似浸過水咁, 個cheese cake口感好似 mousse cake, 泡芙係成個tea set最差, 1D都唔香唔脆, 地鐵站個間好過佢底層係唯1值得欣賞, Canneies口感味道都1流, Berry Cup果味濃, 奶味香如果講食物真係1文不值, 如果想靜靜地談心ge, 都唔適合, 因為live band太過大聲, 為個景去ge, 就真係要make sure個日係好天 (天陰大霧的話真係咩都睇唔到), 同埋有window seat坐, 未試過ge可以去1次, 但真係唔會有第2次
