To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

兩個人經過天后見噤多人就去左睇一睇，原來係華姐清湯腩。呢間野睇過好多人都讚佢好好食，不過自己又未試過，所以就跟住排隊試下喇下午2點幾，入面都仲係坐滿人，係出面排隊都仲有成4-5人等緊，不過都唔係等左好耐，5-6分鐘左右就有位喇。坐低兩個人叫左清湯牛肚河，牛展擔擔麵同埋紅油抄手。先黎牛肚河個湯好清，冇咩肥油係面，呢個真係好重要，唔會食到成口都係油~~牛肚好淋同好入味，個河粉就冇咩特別喇.再黎就牛展擔擔麵用既金錢展，非常好食同埋係整得好入味加埋擔擔麵既少辣同埋花生既香味，同埋麵身既煙韌有嚼頭，成個麵都配搭得好好最後就係紅油抄手雲吞大大隻，味道不俗，但係比較傳統既紅油抄手略為唔夠辣如果可以再辣一o的既應該會更加好食

個湯好清，冇咩肥油係面，呢個真係好重要，唔會食到成口都係油~~

再黎就牛展擔擔麵
用既金錢展，非常好食同埋係整得好入味
加埋擔擔麵既少辣同埋花生既香味，同埋麵身既煙韌有嚼頭，成個麵都配搭得好好

最後就係紅油抄手
雲吞大大隻，味道不俗，但係比較傳統既紅油抄手略為唔夠辣
如果可以再辣一o的既應該會更加好食
