近排做返下運動,就發覺自己肌肉量少咗好多😭所以近期食飯都盡量揀高蛋白質餐或者減脂餐今日剛好去到上環,search 到有上環減脂餐推薦,唔洗諗喇~一定要試吓~叫得Poking,當然主打係夏威夷蓋飯😋我地叫左個Spicy Ahi Tuna,配料好多,有吞拿魚,枝豆,青瓜,芒果,芝麻碎,紫菜絲,仲可以揀飯底、蕎麥麵、沙律菜底等等,多飯少飯都有得揀👍🏻揀左壽司飯配沙律菜,配原辣醬油食落唔怕冇味,少少辣再加埋壽司飯,越食越開胃🤣配菜同飯量真係好多,好似點食都食唔完咁😂另外揀左個Thai Good Day,有香煎雞扒,鮮蝦,新鮮菠蘿,中華沙律,甘筍絲,花生碎配 泰式沙律醬兩款飯麵都唔多油份,加埋吞拿魚雞肉同蝦,的確係高蛋白低脂之選👍🏻飲品方面揀咗蘋果醋氣泡紅茶同提子氣泡水,夠晒清爽👍🏻好難得搵到咁健康嘅餐廳,可一可再👍🏻

我地叫左個Spicy Ahi Tuna,配料好多,有吞拿魚,枝豆,青瓜,芒果,芝麻碎,紫菜絲,仲可以揀飯底、蕎麥麵、沙律菜底等等,多飯少飯都有得揀👍🏻


揀左壽司飯配沙律菜,配原辣醬油食落唔怕冇味,少少辣再加埋壽司飯,越食越開胃🤣配菜同飯量真係好多,好似點食都食唔完咁😂

另外揀左個Thai Good Day,有香煎雞扒,鮮蝦,新鮮菠蘿,中華沙律,甘筍絲,花生碎配 泰式沙律醬


兩款飯麵都唔多油份,加埋吞拿魚雞肉同蝦,的確係高蛋白低脂之選👍🏻
