To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

真係好好好味!(有點誇張,自己都覺得好似賣近廣告咁。。。)**辛勞一天,又係時候買番條骨獎勵自己。七點幾行過,冇骨賣喎。又唔甘心吃差天共地的燒肉(但明明係同一隻豬,唔知點解差咁遠)兜個圈十分鐘再返來,新鮮燒豬剛剛出爐!!!前面兩位大兄都要一條骨。搭lift時已偷食了一舊:又香又軟綿綿又多汁,皮又脆卜卜。$90實在好貴,但冇法子,唯有佢既燒腩最得我心。。。要好味,真係要捱鬼野。P.S 記住要趁熱食!!!P.P.S 睇返Open Rice 2006年食評,個陣一斤燒腩先$90,依家要$130,真係百物騰飛。不過回頭說,以前OR食評話佢成日要排隊,返來香港呢幾個月,都冇再見過條隊去到隔離鋪位,最多都係小貓三四隻。可能真係海嘯,這種貴價燒味都少人幫襯。(相反,放工時間,隔離廣東燒味長期維持四五個等)

可能真係海嘯,這種貴價燒味都少人幫襯。
