To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

真係幾好食

今次是一位住在附近的友人帶我來的。其實之前都聽過譚仔的大名，今日終於得償所願。十二點，中午時份，舖內並不擠逼，總算找到我和友人的位置。當然，茶餐廳的圓枱，不要期望有很舒服的座位。當我一方面在思索這店出名的原因的同時，另一方面向店員點了一碗米線，結果糊裏糊塗地點了豬潤米線(我是想要腩肉米線)。友人發覺有異樣，問我想吃問甚麼，我驚覺自已點錯食物，想改單時店員面有難色，幸好最後還是成功改單…幾分鐘內就奉上了大大碗的米線（真的很大碗），米線的質感不錯，酸辣湯底就差少少：酸味太重，沒有辣味。還是友人那碗炸醬米線好，炸醬味溶在清湯裏的味道不錯。快要接近中午一點，食客從四方八面湧進，搭抬是少不免的。搭抬的那食客點了雞翼，想問有甚麼款式；當時店員回答甚麼，我已不記得了，只記得她答得很不耐煩。算吧，反正我只是一位小顧客…
