To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

真係片皮鴨做賣點？

家人又想食片皮鴨，所以一行人到尖沙咀城中鴨子食晚飯。上次試了北京樓，覺得一般，反而彩福皇宴既令我地食過翻尋味，已回頭幫襯多次。雖然知道城中鴨子也是美心集團旗下的，但也想再比多次機會試試佢。美心集團旗下的餐廳可以話品質有保證，但去唔到令人感到驚艷既地步，餸菜都係keep住喺正常既水準。佢個片皮鴨同北京樓的一樣，完全無放調味。我明白要落甜醬，但鴨肉本身都需要少少調味如果唔係太過單調，鴨騷味太dominant。普寧炸豆腐係幾好食，似家樂坊對面既炸豆腐，但如果係咁既價位加一，我不如去街邊督住食好過
