今日黎左依到,乾杯串燒居酒屋食晚飯,不過都算晏嫁喇,差唔多九點先黎。由於我地太肚餓了,所以都叫左好多野食下野食未到之前,當然就先叫兩杯日本生啤同朋友啤一啤佢.首先黎既係金菇肥牛,金菇本身已經夠juicy,再加埋肥牛有少少既牛肉汁,一齊放入口,更加更加Juicy,至於牛舌,之前食過牛舌,好難咬,依到口感岩岩相反,牛舌唔係生生地,不過柔軟度適中,咬得入,又夠味,正,羊架,我自己非常鍾意食羊,朋友都被我感染左,今次依個個小羊架,肉質好鮮嫩,調味料都好鮮味,之後就燒粟米,食左咁多肉,都要食下蔬果平衡下.,今次試左依個個燒粟米了. 起初以為粟米用燒會令到粟米會無哂水份,估不到,燒完既粟米,依然仲有粟米原本的水份, 仲好甜既,唔錯唔錯。
