有時候嚟到老銅,又唔一定下下都上樓上餐廳搵食嘅行到去蘭芳道呢啲比較唔旺嘅地方,地舖一樣有正嘢呢間燒味專家,烹製燒味非常講究。叉燒有唔同位置、製法同名稱,大胃都係第一次知。蜜汁就係一般食到嘅種類,入門級已經整得好好味。跟住就係肥燶,係用五花腩整嘅,肥瘦比例係7:3,入口即溶。第三係大少,就係用梅頭肉煮嘅,質感較結實爽口燒鵝亦係呢度嘅招牌菜,外皮燒得香脆,肉質嫩滑,肉汁溢出而唔油膩配上梅醬食用,中和肉香帶嚟嘅刺激,係溫和嘅美味陳皮骨真係第一次聽,用陳皮醬料理出嚟嘅排骨,炸得脆口,沾上滿滿嘅醬汁,陳皮嘅精華鉅細無遺薑粒炒出嚟嘅芥蘭,每一條都帶有豐富嘅薑氣,根本唔需要豉油蠔油,經已好有味道作為前菜嘅皮蛋,蛋心確實係溏心,成粒蛋一啲膱味都有,加上醋浸薑片味道開胃醒神,佳作例湯日日唔同,今餐係粉葛豬肉湯,湯渣豐富,湯水深色又濃味,一飲就知足料食燒鵝配瀨粉,湯底係傳統雲吞麵嘅湯底,瀨粉彈牙又唔粉,好正白飯煮得粒粒分明,濕度剛好,好快就扒晒入口
