To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

碗仔翅和生菜魚肉可算是真香港地道小食，雖然而家都唔算難找到有得吃，不過要揾好食真心難。唔係朋友介紹都唔知呢度有間好嘢。這裡就是典型地道小店，兩個人諗住樣樣都試下，叫咗：碗仔翅生菜魚肉煎鴛鴦餃子豬油渣麵碗仔翅調味唔錯，不過料較少，也可說不會太杰，不俗生菜魚肉肉質有咬口，勝過市面九成，特別加咗辣菜甫，味道更香，最愛煎餃子即吃即煎，熱辣香口豬油渣麵，略為遜色，麵可以但豬油渣不太好吃整體味道不錯，可以返食，缺點是份量較少但價錢偏貴～

豬油渣麵，略為遜色，麵可以但豬油渣不太好吃

整體味道不錯，可以返食，缺點是份量較少但價錢偏貴～
