To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

*真實食評*枝竹羊肉煲：招牌係羊滋味..啲羊又韌又嚡，真係嚇親，仲話係主打食羊，對其他食物都冇期望🙃🙃🙃燒椒皮蛋：味道正常，可以。牛肉餅：個餅皮厚過磚牆，再加上碎濕濕嘅鹹味牛肉碎口水雞：叫左半個鐘都仲未上到菜，問待應係咪漏單？答我整緊，整緊，整緊，一路整緊整到咁難食！！食雞皮包骨👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼唔食喇，埋單走..服務：長髪女待應，問佢拎個餐牌嚟睇，叫我自己QR code睇。同埋食羊腩煲都提供兩隻碗俾我吖……唔開口問都冇😏枱面贈送一樽酸蘿蔔小食係比客人自己夾的，聽見隔籬枱問侍應應該用乜嘢夾起蘿蔔，侍應答有個夾子的，客人答沒有夾子，長髮女侍應答：「可以用你自己個匙羹」

個餅皮厚過磚牆，再加上碎濕濕嘅鹹味牛肉碎

口水雞：
叫左半個鐘都仲未上到菜，問待應係咪漏單？
