To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 羊腩煲特價打算一試,上到菜嚟勁淡,羊腩好似膠咁勁難食,諗住都算,叫其他配料,啲蝦膠成$50蚊得一個湯匙大小的份量,叫咗兩碟牛肉差唔多成舊水,上到嚟嚇咗一跳,啲色水係近啡色,超唔新鮮唔知放咗幾耐,其他上菜又慢,啲碗筷環境又污糟,沖茶嗰部機又係壞嘅,但係又收你茶芥位位$15蚊,中大伏,仲要特價時段叫咗6款配料,埋單成$500蚊,人均都要$250呢個質素又要呢個價錢(仲要特價後),我寧願去食任食火鍋/美心晚市火鍋好過。
