To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

西環周記,流心西多士最出名,我個人認為佢哋嘅點心都好好☺️而且唔貴, 10分推薦俾大家。我最鍾意嘅係芝麻蝦多士,好香脆,中間嘅蝦滑好足料,勁厚身。而最出名嘅流沙奶黃西多士,真心好食,流沙效果好出眾,不過食晒成份都會有少少膩🤪春風得意腸係用腸粉皮包住類似油炸鬼同蝦,口感幾得意。鵪鶉蛋燒賣就係一款懷舊嘅點心,而家好多酒樓都未必有得食,所以可以喺呢度搵到一種舊嘅情懷。朋友推介我食嘅XO醬炒銀針粉,好惹味👍🏻呢度仲有一啲特別嘅港式飲品,我哋分別奶茶紅豆冰同埋樽仔鴛鴦,口味都唔錯,唔會太甜。
