To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 之前見過呢間食評好似唔錯,本來想試放題,但放題只限週末供應,所以無得食。Set dinner 有$880,$1180兩款,開頭驚食唔到咁多,訂座時已預先訂了$880那一個餐單。坐下不久有侍應過來介紹兩款晚餐,我們告訴她在訂位時已預訂晚餐,她還答道如果已訂餐就會跟住餐單上菜。但等了一段時間都沒有人理我們,於是再叫一位較高級的過來再將剛才的說一次,他才說幫我們跟進,之後他再走來確認我們所訂餐單⋯我不明白為什麼餐廳沒有remark,又沒有溝通,所以一開始就扣了點印象分。環境及服務只屬普通正常,食物是新鮮的,味道不差,但從擺盤、烹調都沒有驚喜,連一道較深刻的菜式都說不出來,說實的,這個價錢客人是有期望的。另外,份量都算偏少,刺生四款(三款有兩片,帶子只有半粒),和牛只有三小片。總括來說,這個餐單性價比不高,這個價格可以有更多好選擇!
