To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

真材實料不加味精的烤魚

已有一段時間沒有來，今晚與友人再來，發現除了烤鯇魚，還有烤魽魚，老闆說魽魚無骨，而且肉滑，所以點了酸辣烤魽魚。配上酸菜、芋絲和魚卜等配料，味道香滑、細緻。此店的烤魚和其他店最不同的地方，是魚真的是先烤，而非先炸，所以肉除了保持嫩滑，還保留肉汁。除此以外，魚湯也是真材實料，不加味精，所以吃得舒服又放心。店雖沒有華麗裝修，但簡單舒服，環境和餐具都潔淨。之前試過這裏的香辣蟹，味道也是一流，不過需要預訂，如果人多可點一份烤魚和一份辣蟹😋
