To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

每次喺藍田都營業到十二點幾左右，所以我有時收工或者打完波返嚟都一定會去食呢間，最好食嘅一定係佢嘅崩沙腩河，其他都有好多潮式粉麵例如扎肉河炸醬麵等等。佢個崩沙腩河就係48蚊一碗，份量一般，但勝在好食，真材實料絕不馬虎。配埋佢嘅特製辣椒油同炸蒜食，口感一流。佢個湯唔係清湯而係加咗腩汁嘅湯，而崩沙腩本身就有少少半肥瘦食落非常之煙韌，好重牛味，而且食唔到冰鮮味。不過佢嘅河粉就係偏淋，對於鍾意食煙韌嘢嘅我嚟講，河粉係唯一失色嘅。
