一向對拉麵都情有獨鍾,啱啱去完日本九州旅行✈️,好掛住當地嘅拉麵🍜,所以最近返香港都成日食唔同嘅拉麵。 嚟到金鶴拉麵一定要試佢哋嘅招牌雞白湯拉麵🐔,首先講下個賣相,拉麵上擺放炸過嘅牛蒡,望落成碗拉麵好似好澎湃咁🌊。湯底就真係無得頂,湯底呈乳白色,以日本赤雞熬製 6 小時而成,湯上更有一層細緻泡沬,綿密濃厚嘅湯底,不但令每一啖拉麵都鮮味十足,而且更令麵條質感更幼滑。食完個拉麵都真係忍唔住要飲晒成個湯底。 除咗湯底,拉麵中嘅雞肉,亦絕不馬虎!雞肉以慢煮嘅方式烹調,不但令雞肉嘅肉質超級嫩滑,而且肉汁豐盈,配上拉麵及湯底,真係無得輸。 朋友揀咗黑蒜醬油拉麵,賣相都相當之吸引,有2塊鹹脆紫菜🧂、嫩滑溏心蛋🥚、木耳絲、京葱同大量蒜片和黑蒜油🧄,味道香濃。除咗叉燒之外,亦可以品嚐下佢哋嘅雞肉。  除咗拉麵,大家不妨試下佢哋啲串燒🍢,鹽燒五花腩肥瘦適中,嫩滑多汁,加少少檸檬汁,真係滋味十足! 雞皮燒得乾身又香脆,食落脆卜卜,比起日本更加好食。
