抹茶竹簾冷烏冬 配洋蔥牛肉 抹茶烏冬單食,抹茶味會比較出,當你點咗佢嘅冷麵汁之後,個味反而會冇咁出。嗰日店員推薦我哋試特別嘅烏冬,佢話每日淨係會出五份。我覺得鍾意食抹茶嘅可以一試。冷烏冬仲有附上芝麻蔥芥末同薑未,加埋烏冬汁上面非常之夾,夏天食一流。食得出佢嘅洋蔥牛肉既牛肉係用靚貨既。牛肉好厚身有牛味唔會過肥,亦都醃得啱啱好洋蔥唔會過淋。鏗魚湯白味噌鍋燒烏冬 佢好似一人打邊爐咁,乜嘢料都有。但係原來入面用嗰個牛肉同洋蔥牛肉係一樣嘅。叫咗呢個話就可以單點,唔使再加其他配菜啦。但係我覺得佢嘅湯底有少少失色,除咗有少少鹹味之外,我覺得佢個湯唔係好夠層次。 另外仲食得出佢冷烏冬同埋葉烏冬嘅粗度有啲唔一樣,熱嘅烏冬梅比較粗,可以保持到佢嘅彈性同埋煙韌。嗰日我仲有叫到佢哋嘅骨付雞。即叫即燒非常好食,不過覺得佢當日放得太多七味粉有啲太辣。佢係脆皮既,咬落去非常juicy,仲有少少蜜糖味 。
