To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 貴為亞洲50強食肆,當然要來試,而且評分標準今次較為嚴謹。先來梅菜蒸芥蘭,芥蘭堅硬外皮全部削走,芥蘭完全沒有渣,另外梅菜才是重點不太鹹不太甜清香,就這個餸已可以吃一碗飯。龍井菊花煙燻乳鴿,乳鴿肉嫩外皮香脆,可試到師傅火候恰到好處的功力,煙燻的味道非常明顯,但龍井及菊花的味道不突出。金錢蟹肉香菇盒,說實蟹肉是多的,而且炸得沒有多餘的油,但味道是一般的。雞油花雕蒸蟹配陳村粉,這個菜貌似普通,就是想試師傅功力,真的沒有令人失望,花蟹不用說新鮮甜美,最重要是蒸的火候及時間,值得一試。沙茶粉絲游水大蝦煲,粉絲沒有一舊舊非常入味,蝦新鮮彈牙,吃不出師傅手藝。味道: 冇得輸環境: 舒適衛生: 整潔服務: 有改善空間價錢: 合理
