三五知己即興飯聚,今次黎到三鍋滾一滾,無論湯底,醬料定食材,選擇非常多。今次點左個淮山杞子螺頭豬骨湯底,好足料,豬骨非常多且入味,啖湯好濃螺頭既甜味。肥牛係打邊爐必點,肥牛片肉質嫩滑,口感豐富,煮在湯底中後更加鮮嫩多汁。手打墨魚丸及鮮蝦丸不可不試,彈牙爽口。鮮蝦及蟶子非常新鮮,響湯灼一灼就可以食,鮮甜無比。魚頭新鮮肉質鮮嫩,同啖啖肉唔同口感。手工家鄉韭菜餃名副其實皮薄餡靚,隻隻都好足料。冬瓜為整個打邊爐增添平衡,它吸收湯底的味道,同時有冬瓜既清爽口感。
