To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 啲餸料都好啱食,炸豬扒大大塊,做得鬆化,又唔喺好油,不失一貫水準;芫荽丸亦有啲驚喜,豬肉丸搓得夠彈牙,芫荽味突出,唔會覺得怪怪哋;豆卜索滿湯汁,就自然好食,如果喜歡食芫荽嘅朋友,相信呢個米線可以過足癮。

芫荽可口可樂

不得不佩服港人創意,檸樂、黑牛,依家仲搞杯荽樂,真鬼馬。因為本身接受到芫荽嘅草青味,所以,整體感覺就好似加咗啲五青汁嘅可樂,可樂散發出嘅汽泡,令到入口時芫荽嘅氣味感覺清爽啲。不過,好唔好飲,好個人嘅,相信對呢杯可樂嘅睇法都會好兩極,但小弟就幾OK。

試完呢個套餐,整體感覺唔錯,但對芫荽無偏好嘅人就無謂試。此外,都要讚讚香港人,真喺有好多創意,晌香港可以食到世界各地美食之餘,又試到好多新嘢,美食之都都唔喺浪得虛名!
