To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

諗住大尾篤出名泰國菜咪試下呢間。入到去咁多空枱 無咩客人 waiter個個發夢 個探熱篤到我額頭都算係咁揮手落單扮睇唔到 好啦 終於叫左扎肉泰式湯金邊粉 個湯仲暖暖地 唔夠熱 好在d野得一得仔紅蘿蔔加一塊仔白蘿蔔 可以生食啫...湯底好似出前一丁味精落左一半咁 唔明點解叫泰式 係咪賣泰國菜所以加多個泰式 👎🏼 叫左個蟹肉粉絲加咸檸七 粉絲無味又咸又濕 另外咸檸七 舊咸檸... 唔識整就唔好賣啦 篤唔開架咁就$150，衰過唔識煮！真正可一不可再。
