今日去佐敦一帶搵嘢食,經過廟街見到間叫「打邊爐」嘅餐廳,加上天氣涼涼哋,就決定入去打邊爐。我哋6:30pm入到去,當時只有一枱客,但半個鐘後已經座無虛席,下次再去一定要訂位。墨魚滑油炸鬼油炸鬼夠鬆脆,再加埋彈牙、足料嘅墨魚滑,真係冇得輸。鮮椰青雞鍋服務員突然放低一個大椰青,心諗我哋冇叫飲品,原來係用來做湯底。服務員先把酒倒入雞鍋,然後點火,即是火光熊熊,十分震撼,然後再倒入椰青水和椰汁,再把椰青起出來的椰肉放入湯底。喺食客面前烹調湯底,我都係第一次見,用料十足,可以話係我飲過最濃烈椰汁味嘅湯底。而且鮮雞份量頗多,肉質鮮嫩幼滑,品嚐咗個湯底,已經超滿足。手切霜降安格斯肥牛肥牛油脂分布平均,肉質有光澤,放落湯底滾兩滾已經食得,肉質夠滑,而且牛肉味濃郁。自製鮮四寶丸分別有梅菜豬肉丸、鮮牛肉丸、手打蝦滑丸和墨魚滑丸。第一次食梅菜豬肉丸,感覺好似食咗一口嘅梅菜蒸肉餅。蝦丸和墨魚丸好彈牙,用料夠晒新鮮。自家製西洋菜帶子餃子:一口咬落去,已經食到厚切嘅帶子粒,鮮味十足,跟西洋菜嘅味道好夾。自家製芫荽皮蛋餃子:芫荽皮蛋湯就飲過,原來將佢變成餃子之後,味道豐富、濃郁,必食推介。自家製香茅、檸檬、薏米水和
