To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日去左試幸福pancake，完全唔明點解會有咁多人去排隊，亦唔明白點解會有幸福既感覺，但就令我諗返起呢間既甜品，真係俾到幸福既感覺好我係月頭來呢間的，同朋友一樣叫左個魚既set lunch，個set有麵包，前菜，主菜同甜品首先個麵包加佢個牛油醬已經覺得好好食，跟住個前菜嚟到，淨係個賣相都好滿意，味道亦好得，煙三文魚唔會太salt，份量亦足到主菜時，魚上面放左d海鮮，其中有三隻蜆，好鮮甜好鮮甜，淨係呢個位已經有幸福既感覺，下面既魚總共有5舊，感覺不欺場，雖然口感唔太滑(應該係魚的種類問題)，但味道都好好最後上甜品，朋友揀的是紅酒焗梨，好入味，我就揀左布丁，淨係賣相已經好鍾意，食落口更加不得了，堅有幸福的感覺，未食完已經好想再嚟多次!比起好多好多西餐廳，佢係非常超值
