To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 初三喺大埔好多餐廳都冇開,見華星冰室有開仲要係試業中,雖然新年要收加一,咁都好正常嘅。今日叫咗幾樣食物,咸牛肉蛋出前一丁、火腿炒蛋通粉、牛肉湯意粉、菠蘿油、奶油豬、等等,另外再叫杯凍檸茶加杯熱柚子蜜。食物好快就到,出前一丁喺要自己撈粉同落麻油,撈完後試一試個咸牛肉蛋,食落咸咗少少但都煎得唔錯,佢哋俾得好足料㗎,啖啖都有咸牛肉。另外個菠蘿油先抵食,個包熱而個面脆,加上鮮油厚切都只不過賣$9一個。奶油豬都做得唔錯,豬仔包有充足煉奶而個包亦夠脆。飲品方面,凍檸茶嘅茶味好濃,檸檬都俾咗5塊。華星冰室雖然比一般茶餐廳貴啲啲,但佢哋冇將價就貨,俾番客人嘅食物有一定嘅質素~
