To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日放工同友人一齊去aeon買東西,行時發現了這間台灣餐廳-百芳池上便當。由於有點肚餓,便入去食個晚餐。我們叫了兩個餐和一個小食,包括百芳豬扒便當,台灣鹽酥雞便當和皮蛋豆腐,另外再叫了兩杯珍珠奶茶。皮蛋豆腐是冷盤,半邊皮蛋上一舊豆腐,入口味道清甜,入口即化,作為開胃菜的確不錯。而豬扒和鹽酥雞便當方面,豬扒和鹽酥雞都很好食,因為一來夠熱,二來炸粉夠薄,三來肉質夠嫩滑多汁,非常可口。至於便當的飯有粉絲,蘿蔔,半邊滷蛋和粟米粒,份量十足,而且蘿蔔有甜酸味,令到整個飯非常容易入口。整體而言,我覺得係有驚喜,因為便當感覺上都是快和方便,但這間餐廳係豬扒和鹽酥雞方面都做得非常出色並不馬虎,遠超我的想像。
