To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日放假和太太約咗朋友去西環海港飲茶，去之前個狀態係非常肚餓因為遲起身冇食早餐，一心諗住食多啲，去到等位大嘅等20分鐘到，飲茶嚟講重要星期五都可以接受，有位入去坐低就即刻叫點心，等咗大約15分鐘到點心就開始到，點知我只係食咗小小就停咗，原因係 1, 炒米粉乾到好似鐵線咁（本人係非常鐘意食炒米粉）2, XO醬炒腸粉完全冇XO醬重要係散晒冇味 3, 炒四季豆又係乾到好似放咗成個星期就咁翻熱攞出嚟咁，就係咁我連最想食嘅甜品都唔敢叫，本身放假想飲個茶食個包點知到最後非常失望，希望今晚嘅晚餐可以補償番啦
