To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

譚仔。。。真的幾出名，但要不是伴侶喜歡，我才不會來點了一個麻辣豬耳，因為我唔食得辣既原固，我覺得幾辣。但味道其實OK雖然在口感方面來說，沒有十分爽口的感覺 這是普通的麻辣豬骨吧我點了清湯米線+炸醬同墨丸雖然譚仔專賣米線，但其米線沒有特別，味道和口感坦白說也不是太好，清湯就是普通麵舖的清湯加少少牛乳色 其配料既味道都冇咩特別，系唯一墨丸幾爽口彈牙。另外，土匪雞翼有啲鹹，感覺就好似燶燶地既雞翼，味道亦不覺得是外界所稱的超級好食
