To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 因為家住附近,酒樓又新開張所以一試。地點不錯,上環地鐵直上便到,舊日金鑽酒樓位置,中午到來試試茶市點心。十二點鐘到達, 雖然開始人多,幸好酒樓有三層,不用等位。 新裝修,新人事,硬件很不錯,但服務仍有改進空間。點了五個點心,炸春卷和雪山义燒餐包點了不到五分鐘就送到枱上,服務超快。 另一碟迷網腸粉(腸粉包着炸米粉)不一會也送來。吃了一口雪山义燒餐,不對勁! 有着一種說不出來的怪味道! 接着春卷也是一樣,奇怪的是連迷網腸粉也有着同一種味道。 呀! 想起了,應該是油益味!  油的問題!再來是一個特點 - 蒸排骨陳村粉。$45的特點份量居然只有一小碟,比點心籠還要細!  味道不見太出色, 排骨多油,多粉, 勝在上枱熱騰騰.  最後點了一碟鳳爪, 那是最正常水準不過了.二人埋單盛惠二百大元!!!  於上環中午點心茶市而言, 實屬上上價錢!  不多推介!
