To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

食物： 唔知係咪意大利番茄醬比較咸？Coffee 都唔包，成千銀一個餐，可以大方D嗎？環境： 唔通香港空氣差，塊玻璃望落去好多塵😅仲有waiter 介紹橄欖油時，個盤有D一點貼，唔知係咪塵？🤔服務： 可能坐近服務台，成日聽到D男waiter 細聲傾計，有D煩😅食完Main Course . Waiter 問要唔要D芝士 我仲以為小小，等你試下，不用收費。原來8 塊，要收費。咁應該早在點餐時說明，有點被騙。因為從來未試過吃一個餐時中途會被問要不要另一些食物，而餐是不包。唔係食唔起，而係覺得手法不好👎👎👎👎Too bad ~
