To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今次第三次到九龍城食呢間好出名嘅黃店泰國菜，收工7點入坐好彩唔洗等位，7:30已經座無虛席。【燒安格斯牛肉】成日都好怕牛肉上面個醬汁好辣會搶左牛肉嘅味，但呢個醬汁好清新，酸酸甜甜非常開胃，牛肉都好多，如果牛肉再熱少少就更出色。【蛋包鮮蝦金邊粉】蛋包金邊粉真係夠地道經典，個粉炒得乾身，唔會太油，味道又唔會太濃太酸，最緊要個份量好多，好抵食 。【飛天通菜】通菜炒得好夠鑊氣，而且好多蒜頭同唔會好辣，想一食再食。【鐵板蠔仔煎蛋】蠔仔粒粒都好飽滿好大粒，蛋都炸得好鬆脆，送飯一流。【椰青】真係好好飲，又甜又解渴解膩。
