To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 師兄開當然支持,其實已經來了三次。知道要出灣仔,今早830未夠已到,羽量人龍。(Lunch至少排30分鐘。)滑蛋叉燒飯午餐當然出色,之前食早餐吃了咸牛治,大件又好食;畢竟是招牌。所以我今次想試非招牌菜,反而觸動我出post。自少喜歡五香肉丁,但不知為何,可能香港人愈來愈health conscious,愈來愈少茶餐室賣。賣的我都會試,伏多: 又乾又硬甚至凍。旺記的五香肉丁是”熟”而有少少肥的。不是什麼珍饈但我覺得吃到了小時候喜歡的肉丁!加上麵是湯而不是水,滑蛋繼續水準之作,加起來十分滿足。只好説,大佬請努力保持水準;同埋,旺記可否喺旺角開?

旺記的五香肉丁是”熟”而有少少肥的。不是什麼珍饈但我覺得吃到了小時候喜歡的肉丁!加上麵是湯而不是水,滑蛋繼續水準之作,加起來十分滿足。

只好説,大佬請努力保持水準;同埋,旺記可否喺旺角開?
