終於俾我食到真·沙嗲牛肉麵。呢間銘記除咗有牛腩牛丸之外,仲有潮汕牛肉粉食。平時食潮汕牛肉通常都係打邊爐,呢度就可以散叫,仲可以叫牛肉粉添。牛肉部位都好多選擇,牛頸脊、牛胸爽、吊龍、牛舌、牛骨髓乜都有。識食一定要叫撈麵,有幾款三拼可以揀。吊龍伴、牛柏葉、牛黃喉最推薦。吊龍肉味夠又淋滑、黃喉爽脆,柏葉彈性質地又好。 最緊要係佢地枱面個三個調味料,潮洲辣油、自家辣椒醬、潮洲沙茶醬。用嚟點佢地嘅牛肉就fit曬,沙茶醬點牛頸脊仲唔係真沙嗲牛肉麵。
