To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

喺尖沙咀K11 Musea搵食嘅時候，我同媽咪試再次返食咗間新加坡菜餐廳。店內氣氛唔錯，食物擺設得靚仔。我哋一坐低就點咗招牌海南雞飯。真係，啲雞皮滑得過河，雞肉滑又唔過火，飯香而家啲醬料更加係妙到毫厘，薑蓉辣醬淋上去，真係提味到不得了。我就試咗碗大蝦叻沙。嗰湯辣得嚟又唔會辣到過頭，湯底濃郁嘅椰香令人難以忘懷。至於啲蝦，嘩，一啖落去，鮮甜又彈牙，完全係另一個層次。仲有鹹蛋黃雞翼同香辣魚餅，都係另一番滋味。啲雞翼外層鹹蛋黃做到剛剛好，唔會太膩；而啲魚餅外脆內軟，微辣得嚟又唔會蓋過魚味。食甜品之前已經半飽，但班蘭蛋糕個誘惑大得滯，都叫埋啦！啲蛋糕唔甜膩，班蘭香味配上旁邊嘅雪糕，順滑得黎清新，真係為呢頓飯畫上一個完美嘅句號。

我就試咗碗大蝦叻沙。嗰湯辣得嚟又唔會辣到過頭，湯底濃郁嘅椰香令人難以忘懷。至於啲蝦，嘩，一啖落去，鮮甜又彈牙，完全係另一個層次。
