去茶餐廳叫餸食飯,係唔少香港人comfort dinner嘅選擇。有魚、有肉、有菜又有湯,加埋杯餐茶,絕對係一餐豐富嘅港式盛宴!但背後嘅故事,其實係我有一個無飯主婦,哈哈。不過,灣仔凱旋餐室嘅菜式選擇多,真係食極都唔會厭,今晚一於唔好煮飯啦!清蒸石斑平時喺茶餐廳又點會食石斑?但灣仔凱旋餐室嘅石斑非常新鮮,石斑嘅肉質嫩滑,掌握好時間,最後加上蔥花滾油同埋豉油嘅點綴,簡簡單單就有種家嘅味道。家鄉蔥油雞蔥油以外用咗大量蒜頭爆香,滿滿地舖滿喺雞上面,蔥油味芳香撲鼻,而且仲可以用嚟撈飯。而雞件肥瘦均勻,件件都有少量油脂連住雞肉,油脂融合雞肉食落雞味更加濃烈。乳鴿乳鴿係灣仔凱旋餐室嘅招牌,乳鴿皮香肉嫩,啖啖都有肉汁湧出,回味無窮。

清蒸石斑
平時喺茶餐廳又點會食石斑?但灣仔凱旋餐室嘅石斑非常新鮮,石斑嘅肉質嫩滑,掌握好時間,最後加上蔥花滾油同埋豉油嘅點綴,簡簡單單就有種家嘅味道。

家鄉蔥油雞

乳鴿係灣仔凱旋餐室嘅招牌,乳鴿皮香肉嫩,啖啖都有肉汁湧出,回味無窮。
