To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

🍙之前元氣做緊 堂食送大滿足promotion, 所以我都專登去湊個熱鬧。我有時自己一個諗唔到想食啲咩但係又想食壽司或日本野，就會去元氣，因為價錢都算合理。呢個係我一人前既配搭🍣我每次必叫既三文魚腩壽司，今次仲免費呀慳番$10蚊🤤仲有炙燒牛油赤海蝦🦞，一叫就叫左兩件，仲有赤貝壽司，牛油果軟殼蟹卷 加個日本蒸蛋，就真係堅滿足！埋單$130到 雖然我都對元氣嘅衛生都有信心，但係如果出街食三文魚嘅話，我都盡量少食。除非係日本旅行啦就新鮮好多。順帶一提，我真係好掛住已經消失好耐嘅炙燒左口魚裙邊！
