To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 漁樂睇到個餐牌心動，睇清楚個底心痛。今天個friend約左去屯門開左一個星期的餐廳下午茶，其實一路行過兩間餐廳都幾吸引，但漁樂個餐牌，選擇真系幾多東南亞野選擇，吾驚搵吾到，只會三心兩意。好似個friend本來想叫海南雞飯，最後都改左。另外雖然系下午茶，但都好大碟，用來做午餐應該夠泰色臘腸扎肉雞粒炒飯(HKD40)～好熱，應該系一碟碟炒，幾多臘腸，幾香，但扎肉同雞粒就幾難搵到，飯就炒得吾夠乾，但都一粒粒，甜甜地，幾好食。香辣肉碎炒泰色金邊粉(HKD39)～餐牌系一隻辣椒，但對吾食得辣的我就幾辣，食到出汗，肉碎好少，金邊粉幾QQ.兩杯野飲就麻麻地，比較淡。地方裝修令人幾開心，服務吾錯，要吾搭枱吾搭枱要熱水有熱水，要碗仔有碗仔，絕對無bad feeling。返到屋企搵吾到openrice有，再查原來又系飲食集團另一個chain，同百份百，意樂，韓樂。。。同一公司，真系小店好難做,心痛。
