今日中午同班fd行去石門京瑞廣場食飯,見到剛剛新開左一間食店,好多人幫襯,即管入去尋食吓先環境裝修幾正,新派日式和風味道睇餐牌有粥、特色小食和燒味飯,聽侍應推介話叉燒、燒鵝和沾鵝自家製冰梅醬好正,我哋就即管試吓就叫左叉燒燒鵝飯,個飯送湯,飲品另外加錢飯未來就飲住個湯先,個湯入口唔係一般用燒味骨,頭頭尾尾來煲既味精湯原來係菜乾煲豬肺湯,叫做有落心機去做叉燒燒鵝飯,賣相幾好白飯入口唔嚡,叉燒咬落幾軟腍鬆化,祗係覺得唔夠蜜汁燒鵝可能佢哋唔係用好大隻既鵝,皮係脆,肉係嫩,但冇乜肉,本人覺得未到至尊級,普通d但個冰梅醬要讚,同平時食開既味道真係唔同,感覺個梅味鮮d濃d整體來説呢間都叫做ok,係就係比其他食店貴幾蚊,間唔中一次半次冇問題
